My name is Chloe. I am a yoga teacher from Dublin who aspires to bring people back home to themselves through mindful movement, breathwork, meditation and journaling. I believe yoga is for EVERYBODY, you do not need to be living in a flexible body to experience the transformational magic of hatha yoga.

This intimate gathering will give you the opportunity to connect with the heart opening healing power of cacao in a safe space.
This is a 90 minute ceremony where we will connect to each other in an opening sharing circle, embrace our feminine energy in a restorative Yin Yoga practice and finish with a blissful Yoga Nidra to deeply restore mind body and soul.
This women's circle is a gathering for those who are looking for connection, softness, relaxation and a space to share what is on their heart in a safe space.
No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Come join me for an energising morning Vinyasa Flow practice followed by a delicious healthy brunch with a group of like minded souls. These mornings are high energy and a great way to meet new people but also deeply nourishing for the mind, body and soul. The perfect way to end the week.

My goal as a yoga teacher is to make the practice accessible to EVERYONE. Along with my regular group hatha yoga classes, I also offer 1-1 private yoga lessons online or in the comfort of your own home, tailored group workshops in schools & workplaces and social gatherings such as yoga & brunch events.
Born through a desire to create a yoga community in my local area, my yoga & brunch events have grown into a beautiful monthly gathering. Combining my two favourite things , yoga & food, it’s the perfect way to spend a Sunday morning.
I now offer yoga for kids and teens in secondary school throughout Ireland, showing practical tools such as mindfulness and breathwork to teach students how to be present in their bodies and self soothe in time of stress, help manage stress levels, improve focus, and build confidence.
Yoga is scientifically proven to reduce stess, anxiety and improve sleep which leads to more focused, creative and productive employees. Staff wellness days are also an incredible way to build staff morale.
